These two extensive Titled Fish Farms located in Payao, Zamboanga Sibugay , containing area's of 114 hectares and 25 hectares have been a family owned business since 1981 when the land was originally titled. Both have clean titles and have been recently re-surveyed confirming the land areas. Any interested party must purchase both as a package. This fish farm development is currently operational and income generating. They produce prawns, milk fish (bangus) and crabs. There are only very few Titled fish farms in the Philippines.

The price is already a very good deal considering the size of the fish farm and to top it all it is Titled, which is a rare find among the fish farm owners since most of the fish farms are under a tax declaration.
